IDCRAFT GmbH is an agile startup specializing in contactless identification, focusing on the distribution of UHF | RAIN RFID and HF | NFC RFID hardware to B2B partners. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales / Business Development Manager (Germany) with a strong hunter mentality to drive business growth for the products of our manufacturing partnersin the German market. The ideal candidate has an established B2B network within Germany, a solid understanding of IT solutions, and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of the AutoID sector including UHF | RAIN - RFID and HF | NFC - RFID , is a strong advantage. Fluency in English and German is required.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth Ownership: You are responsible for driving revenue growth within your defined sales territory.
- Strategic Business Development: You develop initiatives to achieve growth targets by identifying and prioritizing new OEM partners, direct customers, and resellers.
- Market Entry into New Regions: You prepare the entry into new markets by researching potential target customers, partners, and use cases, and initiating the first steps.
- Brand Representation: You represent IDCRAFT at trade fairs and conferences, establish valuable contacts, and identify new business opportunities.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Through regular coordination with Operations, Engineering, and Marketing, you help implement a unified market strategy.
Requirements:
- You have at least 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar B2B role and are skilled in marketing complex technical solutions.
- Your technical understanding enables you to quickly recognize the application potential of our products and present them persuasively.
- You are experienced in project management and handle complex sales projects efficiently and goal-oriented.
- You are fluent in German (business level) and English, with the ability to conduct workshops and presentations in English.
- You actively use CRM systems as a strategic tool for pipeline management and steering your sales activities.
- Your curiosity and initiative drive you to identify new application areas and successfully leverage cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills combined with a charismatic personality.
- You are based in Germany and bring the flexibility and willingness to travel regularly within your sales region.
